Following the completion of her Computer Science degree, Rebecca realised her passion was for those in front of the machines more so than the technology itself, and began a career in Sales.  She developed her skills and expertise with leading global brands before joining a FTSE-listed international recruitment company, specialising in the search for professionals in the areas of engineering and manufacturing for regional-based businesses.

After ten years of building relationships and delivering success to business in the industrial space of automotive, aerospace and general manufacturing, Rebecca decided to leave mainstream recruitment and join search, and specifically Howgate Sable in 2015.

Upon joining Howgate Sable, Rebecca established herself in the EMI and Aviation practices delivering a tailored approach to a global client base.  Rebecca’s reputation and understanding of her market place has seen her successfully delivering campaigns including Managing Director for a UK automotive company, Head of PMO for a UK tour operator, and management consultants for a global power and automation organisation.

The EMI Practice at Howgate Sable really took the time to understand our situation and find exceptional candidates who could fulfil challenging international leadership assignments for a truly global company with a history that spans well over 200 years.
