After an early career in sales and marketing, Mark entered the recruitment sector, joining an international market leading firm. Having been promoted into management roles, Mark ultimately built a team 20 consultants across three offices in the South of England.
With a desire to work in a more focused executive search environment, Mark then joined a boutique firm with a focus on the natural resources and engineering sectors.
Mark has built on this foundation over the last 10 years with two London based firms, demonstrating an ability to understand new sectors and environments whilst maintaining long standing relationships with established clients.
Much of Mark’s work over this period has been focused with in the independent healthcare sector, successfully partnering with businesses to build leadership teams capable of delivering outstanding results in this challenging, dynamic and important sector. Mark has recruited across the entire CXO spectrum as well as a number of strategically important senior management positions.
Success has been derived from regular and consistent communication with clients, challenging whenever necessary and taking the view that success is measured from the contribution made by the appointed candidates not simply completing the assignment.
