Nick is a Partner and leads the aviation and transport practice at Howgate Sable. He advises clients across the full aviation ecosystem, including airlines, airports, ground handlers, and businesses throughout the wider aviation supply chain.

In addition, he works with organisations in the consumer and retail sectors, combining deep industry expertise with a consultative approach to leadership and organisational challenges.

With more than 20 years of experience in executive search and talent consulting, Nick has delivered senior and executive-level appointments across Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, including non-executive and board-level mandates.

Nick is known for his hands-on and highly collaborative approach to search assignments. Working closely with an experienced in-house research and delivery team, he supports organisations through periods of growth, transformation, and turnaround by securing best-in-class leadership talent. He is also frequently engaged by clients to provide strategic advice on organisational design, succession planning, leadership assessment, and role definition ahead of market engagement.

His combination of market insight, sector knowledge, and long-standing industry relationships has enabled him to build trusted partnerships with clients over many years.

Earlier in his career, Nick held HR and resourcing roles with one of the world’s largest retailers before joining a listed global recruitment firm.
