Jesper has HR experience in a multitude of industries internationally, specifically within M&A, Talent Management and Organisational Transformation. He thrives on ensuring HR becomes an integral part of any business strategy, using analytical and innovative decision making.
Equipped with over 25 years’ experience in Manufacturing and Automation sectors, Jesper has held positions including; Global Head of People & Culture at Philip Morris International (2019), Global Head of HR for automation company, ABB Asea Brown Boveri (2008-19), and, VP Global Head of HR at AB Electrolux in Sweden (2007-8). Prior to his global positions, Jesper spent five years at General Motors Company, advancing to European HR Director responsible for a significant part of their European organisation.
Jesper speaks six languages and is a highly respected leader within his specialisation. He has a track record of building capable teams and strengthening collaboration through prompt decision making, delivering meaningful results.
Jesper forms part of our advisory board and supports the Howgate Sable leadership team.
