Dean began his career in retail operations with a leading high street luxury brand before embarking on a move into recruitment with an international FTSE listed organisation in 2006. His initial years were spent sourcing roles within retail with a particular focus on more specialised markets such as banking and healthcare.
After establishing himself as a trusted partner with a number of key clients his focus moved on to more technical roles within procurement and supply chain. During this time Dean worked with organisations across manufacturing, retail, life sciences and professional services with key leadership roles designed to strengthen supply chains and maximise business profitability. It was during his time that Dean began to hone his skills in search and selection working on a number of highly specialised assignments for a wide variety of leading multinationals and SME’s.
Having spent several years working with organisations to secure the best talent Dean combines a passion for delivery with a desire to continue to exceed expectations.
