Nick’s early career was spent progressing through a variety of operational and HR roles with a global food multiple.
He moved into recruitment 10 years ago and ran a regional business for a global recruitment firm before joining Howgate Sable as a Partner in 2011.
Nick uses his retail knowledge, experience and network to focus on supporting multichannel retailers in their search for talent. Nick is passionate about executive search and is very proud to support many leading retail brands as they evolve their offer into true multichannel businesses.
Areas of special expertise: Nick has recruited across all the main job families in retail and consumer businesses including Operations, HR, Marketing, Trading and Finance. Typically he works at Operating board and Head of Function level in FTSE 250 and equivalent businesses.
