Research Capabilities

Accurate, up-to-date, in-depth research is critically important for effective executive recruitment.

This gives us complete control. We always know the work is being done and done properly. This results in a targeted, fast and accurate search. Lines of communication between client, Partner and search team are clear and short, so that the process is very efficient. It also means that confidentiality is assured.

And while most executive search specialists bill according to time spent on the search regardless of results, we are different. Part of our fee depends on the search being a success: it is in our own interests to keep looking until we find the right person for you.

The Research team is involved from the moment that we have been briefed by a client. Once briefed, the Research Department then draws up a target list of companies most likely to employ the kind of individuals sought.

We then work through company structures to find those talented individuals most suited to our client’s recruitment requirements.

Our executive search team members are as skilled at presenting the opportunities we offer to candidates as they are at finding the candidates in the first place. They must identify them, find them, reach them, gain their confidence very quickly, and arrange for them to meet one of our Partners as the next part of the recruitment process.
